This Privacy Policy explains what information PrintShop collects when you use the service to print documents at a participating shop.
1. Information we collect
- Documents you upload — used only to produce your printout.
- Print preferences — colour/B&W, number of copies, page count.
- Phone number — only if you choose to be notified when your print is ready.
- Payment status — whether an order is paid (we do not store card or UPI credentials).
2. How we use it
Your information is used solely to process and deliver your print order and to provide support if you contact us.
3. File deletion
Uploaded files are deleted after your job is printed. We do not keep copies of your documents.
4. Data storage
Order details for the shop's own records are stored locally on the shop's device. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
5. Payments
Payments are made directly through your UPI app or in cash at the counter. We never see or store your UPI PIN, card numbers, or bank details.
